1. One end of your guitar strap has a spring-clip fitted. This end of the strap is made to fit the guitar body at the D ring of the short leather strap. If your guitar has a strap button on the tailpiece (1) you can remove it and replace it with the short leather strap and the D ring as shown in the illustration (2). If your guitar has just a screw on the tailpiece at this place then remove the screw and fit the short leather strap fitting. Take care that the small washer supplied is fitted between the screw head and the leather strap.
2. The other end of the strap can be fitted to the guitar by passing it round the top end of the body and under the fingerboard extension. The results of Bass Technique
Although there is no "right" way to play bass guitar, what is the correct result plays bass guitar. This should sound and feel good. How do you achieve those results is up to you. If you find a way to achieve results by throwing stones in your bass, more power to you! (Maybe practice with the bass that other people first.)
Thinking about the end result of the things that gives you the creative freedom to experiment. Try things your own way. Try something with the way other successful bassists before you have.

Why are so many great bass players sound very different from each other? Most respected Bassists rarely sounded just like any other bass you can show. If you check the bass technique of many of the greatest bass player, you will see each has a different approach from the others. Many times he or she has a very different approach. And, it is often a different approach is that it brings greatness or uniqueness.

If you look more closely at this great bassists you'll see there are many common results from all of their bass technique different. This is the result we need to consider and think about various ways to achieve them - whether we copy other bassists technique, or the fire of our own way.Learn bass technique is to examine ways for better and worse than a good yield play the bass.

Be deliberately
You must deliberately choose bass technique you use for the results they produce. A big mistake, especially for the self-taught, is to choose what comes most easily. Each note should ring clearly playing with a full, pleasant tone. That means:

    * There are no extra noises intentionally produced
This is a fairly high order, but you must learn to control all these aspects of bass guitar. Notice I said not much here accidentally. These are all valid votes can make a bass guitar. Make sure you make them on purpose.

Goal # 3: Accuracy
You need to develop the precision with which you put your fingers, your tone, and rhythm. It is important to know exactly what will come out of your fingers. If you do not know what is expected of you play, you will lack confidence as you play. Who lack confidence will translate into some shaky play bass.

Accuracy comes from many patients, conscious practice. At the beginning of play, you'll have a lot of problems with consistency. Time and experience is your greatest teacher.

Responsibility of the Bass Player

Traditionally, the bass do two basic and vital functions in a band or group:

1. Rhythmic bass provides the foundation.
2. Bass provides the harmonic foundation.

Rhythmic Foundation

Consistent rhythmic foundation refers to the pulse of music. A skilled bassist support groups by providing good-feeling, stable pulse. Most of the music that has been well received has a stable rhythm, or beat, for it. This is the responsibility and priority bassist. Listen to the following recordings. Notice how you can press your feet with the rhythm of bass. That created the bass pulse.
Drummer, if any, are also helpful in providing credit. However, make no mistake that it is the task of creating a drummer for the pulse and you're only along for the trip. Sense of rhythm must be very dense and free from other people in the group. Each member of the group must have a good rhythm independently while playing together as a whole.

Your rhythmic skills are most important for you to master as a bassist. No matter how perfect record of your choices are. If your records are in the wrong place rhythmically, it will not feel or sound right.
The Harmonic Foundation

Most people recognize the bass player to help by providing the rhythm. Many people are not aware of other important functions in the bass player - supports harmony.

History Of The Bass 1990 - 2000s

The 1990s saw the popularization of the acoustic bass guitar and extensive use of 5-string electric. This is also a great time period for innovation bass as on-board electronics is rapidly improving. The use of preamplifiers and equalizers in the guitar's on-board system that allowed for a wider range of clean sounds. This also allows for a much-improved, articulate attack came in and slap techniques.
